Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at Sona World Uniforms. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

• You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

• To be eligible for a return, your uniform must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

• The item must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

• Non-returnable items: Custom-tailored uniforms or items with personalized embroidery/name tags.

2. Refunds

• Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

• If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

• You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

3. Exchanges

• If you need a different size, please contact us immediately. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

• Items for exchange must meet the same "unworn" criteria as returns.

4. Shipping

• You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
